Kaci Donegan

Counselor

Kaci Donegan is a counselor at Dezenhall Resources where she specializes in public affairs and caters to a varied clientele across multiple subject matters.

Before joining Dezenhall Resources, Donegan’s career was marked by a series of diverse roles. At Speak4, a company at the forefront of digital advocacy tool development, she handled an array of responsibilities, including business development, marketing, customer service, and sales. 

Donegan also served Pennsylvania State Representative Craig Williams, where she was deeply involved in the legislative process and constituent engagement. During her tenure as a digital fellow for Mothership Strategies, Donegan specialized in digital fundraising and content creation. 

Donegan holds a B.A. in Political Science with minors in Business Law and Law, Politics, and Society from West Chester University of Pennsylvania. Originally from Pennsylvania, Donegan now calls Wilmington, North Carolina home. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her Australian Shepard, Hudson, and taking advantage of living less than 15 minutes from the beach.
