We are often called when corporate and brand communications face stiff opposition or hostile audiences. For example, while we don’t directly bring new products to market, we do help condition the marketplace and recruit allies. We don’t conduct conventional corporate branding campaigns, but we do identify vulnerabilities and help prepare for and address public concerns.
We have been instrumental in helping to facilitate high-profile mergers and acquisitions. We have guided numerous clients through wrenching reorganizations, staff reductions, management transitions and corporate mergers.
